Vintage NWT ‘Island’ Made in Hawaii slipper sandal

2001 vintage NWT ‘Island’ slipper sandal originally purchased at Liberty House in Maui. (Anyone else have fond memories of Liberty House!?!?) This iconic brand of sandal were made in Hawaii and the suede leather foot bed makes them so comfortable! The upper is leather with a white strap and gold and silver metallic leather flowers. I love this colorway- they go with everything. Yes- I still have a pair of these. I’m just finally willing to let go of an extra back up. 😀. The company Island Slipper is still around since 1946 and sells something similar still but my family always considered the brand just “Island” the true original. The original 2001 sales tag is still attached. Aloha!
