AWESOME vintage 1990's Hallmark Cards jack-o-lantern hair bow! 🎃 This "frighteningly fashionable" hair bow features a bright orange smiling jack-o-lantern with two large quilted green pumpkin patch leaves and black netted tulle bow layers. This charming hair barrette would be perfect to wear during the Halloween season or to give as a fun and whimsical gift to that special trick-or-treater! 👻🖤🧡🖤 This hair bow was never worn and comes on its original display card.
