Vintage NORMAN ROCKWELL Saturday Evening Post Cover Ceramic Mug ~ Retro 1950s
Vintage Norman Rockwell mug featuring a wraparound design of three classic full color, richly detailed illustrations Rockwell created for covers of The Saturday Evening Post magazine. Artwork includes: New Glasses, Post Cover May 19, 1956; Doctors Office, Post Cover: March 15, 1958; and The Runaway, Post Cover September 20, 1958, depicting a Massachusetts state trooper and a young boy sitting at a diner counter, sharing a meal. Large and comfortable easy-to-grip handle. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Measures 4.25” tall with a 3.25” diameter. Holds 13 fluid oz. From Sherwood Brands; 2008. Please note: There is a small circular blemish in the glaze on the inside bottom that looks to be a result of the manufacturing process.
