Vintage NAPCOWARE Southern Belle Girl figurine pretty model C6391 FLAWS

Vintage NAPCOWARE sweet and pretty Southern Belle Girl figurine model C-6391. Soda can in picture to help with size visualization ~ 5.75" tall. Questions are always welcome. Flaws last 5 pictures: A chip on the green leaf on her hat ( probably an easy fix for a creative person) , The bottom shows discoloration where she has been standing in my my curio . Tiny flea bite chips on the rim of the hat . Her thumbs may have chipped off to be smaller picture 12 and 13 for a close up . The video shows how she is a bit wobbly when touched I always meant to add some more felt to the bottom to keep her more steady but I never got to that little project .
