Vintage Multi-layer bell-sleeve blouse size Small

Rare Bonino brand cropped blouse made of synthetic fabric(blouse doesn't specify) with 5-layer bell sleeve with gold buttons. Blouse also does not specify size however I fit a size S/M and could successfully wear this top had it not been for my size C breast; does not have breast pleats to accommodate.
