Vintage Multicolor Striped Wide Leg Pants

Vintage 80s boho palazzo culottes. Comfy culottes with elastic waist for perfect fit. Full pant legs read like a skirt when worn. Hidden pockets. Boho/tribal pattern in earth tones. No flaws found. Tag: Napa Valley Measurements (approx and laying flat): Waist: 15.5” - 22” Hips: 30” Length: 32.5” Inseam: 20” For ref, I am 5’4” (32-27-38) and they are loose in waist. I am not sure if these were meant to hit at waist or hips, but fit me at hips. I clipped at my waist in a couple pics so you could see at capri length.
