Vintage M'Sieu Leon Canadian Hat Montreal Canada, likely made in the 80s. Tan wool/unlined/ribbon around crown. Preowned/vintage with signs of use & prior wear: some glue residue on ribbon (see last image); hat would benefit from steaming/reshaping. No size tag, fits like S/M: appx 23in around outer crown/3in brim/21.5in inner brim/3.9in crown height.
