Vintage Mr Christmas Holiday Carousel Light Musical 6 Horses Circus Organ 1992. It is electric, and horses have hooks so they can be hung on a Christmas tree. Plays 21 different songs and lights up, and horses go up and down. Used but in ok condition. Some of the lights don't work unless you move the cords in the back of them. I believe the wires are slightly loose behind the horses. In the video, you see some lights not on versus the last picture after I pushed the wires in a bit.
