Vintage Moriage Hand Painted Textured Enamel Flowers Ewer Jug Vase 8”

This is gorgeous and in excellent condition but I’m a little bit stumped by it. It does appear to be hand painted enamel but I’m not sure if it is over a metal base or porcelain base. It doesn’t sound quite right for porcelain, but it is lighter weight than I would expect for metal. Has a moriage type of finish, or texture in the applied enamel at any rate (see photos). Measure approx 8” tall. Please message with any questions prior to purchase.
