Vintage Mood Ring- 665 $25 or $20 w/offer

This vintage mood ring is from the early 2000. It has fine sterling silver plate. The cool thing about mood jewelry is that the “stone” changes color according to the wearer’s mood. I never wore it so it is in new condition. However, I did not see the stone changing color when I put it on so I am not sure if it still can do so.
