Vintage Montgomery Wards pink Polkadot lg ruffled collar maxi dress EVC size XS

This gorgeous pink dress comes in a raised polk a dot .fabric Let’s talk about this collar for a moment. It’s a wide set slight V collar with a huge dramatic ruffle. The ruffles follow the sleeve cuffs which have a snap closure. Sash belt is attached and snaps in place. The back zipper is a plastic Talon zipper that works perfectly. The only reason it is not zipped all the way because my form is a small. Some slight discoloring around the inside collar, but is not shown when worn. This dress is fully lined except for the sleeves. The tag says that it is 50 polyester and 50% cotton and a vintage size 4. States dry clean only but I hand washed and air dried her outside and she looks gorgeous. No stretch in fabric. Pit to pit measure 17 inches but there is breast doubting for additional room. Total measures approximately 53 inches. No stains.
