Possibly gold electroplated as there is gold wear especially at the top of the piece, but not tested. Features a brass tone metal construction with four miniature coins (Lincoln penny dated 1985, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, and Washington quarter dated 1977) set on the front above the engraved text 'SMALL CHANGE'.
