Vintage Monet Silver Tone I LOVE YOU Spinner Bracelet

This fun and cute retro bracelet is most likely by Monet- I have a similar piece as a necklace that is marked. This bracelet is not marked and was missing a clasp. I added a cute little lobster clasp with a heart on it. In good condition, it's most likely from the 1960s-1970s. It may have had a gold toning originally, as there does appear to be some gold or brassy color on part of the chain bracelet, but not enough to read as gold. It measures 8" long and the charm spinner measures about 1-1/2" in diameter. HUGE! On one side, the letters I L V OU and on the other side, O E and Y. When it spins, it looks like it says I LOVE YOU. Very cute and charming.
