Vintage Mollie Parnis "Ultrasuede" faux suede machine washable skirt

Brown machine washable "Ultrasuede" brand (a polyester blend) fabric. Best guess based on the tags and style is that this piece is from the eighties. Contains ILGWU tag circa 1974-1995. Some loose threads and a hanger mark on the top of the belt, but this skirt is otherwise in amazing condition! Skirt is elastic waisted and also has a back zipper. Two side pockets and a fun decorative double ring belt in front. NOT SIZE TAGGED but based on measurements below I'm listing as a size XS. Approximate measurements: 12.5" waist flat lay, unstretched 20" hips at widest point 26" length 6" back slit
