In great preowned condition with 2 small pin holes near the fringe where the previous owner used a pin to secure the skirt (see circled pic) and there is a vintage smell to it. 20% Wool and 80% acrylic knit fabric with no stretch. Wrap style with Velcro inside to secure. Pleated at back. Functional belt like closure at side with fringe. Red, white, green, yellow, blue and black Royal Stewart tartan plaid pattern.
