Size XS. Shown on my size 4/6 mannequin. Fabric is very wrinkled, looks kind of like a cross between crunched velvet and regular velvet. Very stretchy. Smocked bodice and sleeves. Elastic waist. Measured flat. Armpit to Armpit is 14” plus stretch, waist is 11.5”, shoulder to bottom hem is 36”.
