Vintage Moda International Lace Dress

Vintage Moda International Lace Dress - Red and black lace. Great colors - but the backing to the lace is starting to show through. And the underwire that it comes with is popping out. Probably should be removed all together. Made in the USA of rayon, acetate and nylon mix with the lining 100% acetate. One tag remaining - has a hidden bra strap holder. 15 pit to pit, waist 28, hips - 15 1/2, length - 24 (from top of the back zipper to end of lace), back slit 4. Says 8 petite.
