Vintage Mock Turtleneck Sleevless Shift Mini Black Dress, Printed Hem & Collar S

This is in excellent condition, appears unworn but I found photos of the groovy gal it belonged to, circa late 60s/early 70s. See photo for measurements, no size tag, just a brand tag and dry cleaning tag inside by the hem. The dress looks clean but the tag looks stained. It's a crisp cotton, the design is printed on the dress.
