Vintage Miss Elliette Floral Dress

This is a gorgeous find by Miss Elliette California. True 70’s at its finest. It is made of high quality polyester and feels soft and light. It also has comfortable fitting shoulder pads that add the perfect amount of lift and structure. Most amazing of all though, is that it has some of the best pleated ruffles I’ve come across.
