Vintage Miniature Real Fur Dog Shih Tzu Pekingese Doll House Toy Japan Germany ?

This is a vintage miniature, I think either a Shih Tzu or Pekingese dog, with real fur. The fur is a bit more vintage white than the photos... closer to the first photo. The natural light really made it look brighter than it is. It has certainly aged in color with time. It was hard to get it exact. It measures 2 1/4" tall, 2" wide.
