Vintage Mini World Inc Dress Holiday 3T Christmas Red Polka Dot USA Bib Collar. This adorable ruffle dress from Mini World is a true vintage piece. This dress is made in Utah (USA). It is a holiday style/Christmas dress in red with a micro white polka dot all over. This piece has a tiered ruffle skirt with lace trim. The elastic cuff sleeves also have the lace trim, as do the bib collar. The collar features a white panel with decorative red buttons and a white bow. There is a small spot on the collar. On the back of the dress, there is a tie ribbon and functional buttons to take the dress on and off. One of the white buttons is missing and will need replaced. Measurements and condition are shown in the photos.
