Hi, are the stripes paint or some other material? Also, is the arm length 23.5" or can you please double check as that seems kinda short for arm length? Thank you very much for your help.

@aaronfierstein I believe the stripes were done using a discharge method, similar to original Mosquitohead shirts. There is no acrylic or plastisol paint, the fabric smooth and in tact like it was made in that original fiber.
