Vintage Mikasa Floral & Frost Design 14" Plate, Green, Pink, Satin Frosted Glass

Pre-owned vintage Mikasa floral & frost design 14" plate, green, pink, and satin frosted glass. Absolutely beautiful for home decor. The flaw is there is a blue marking on the outer edge of the plate, that I wasn't able to wipe off. I showed a ruler next to it in a picture, please check pictures for further details.
