All over heavy black sequins Below knee length Above wrist sleeves 3/4 Light cream collar almost white Fully lined Slip on and snap button waist closure Ruffled bottom Thick padded shoulder pads. Easy to snip out if needed Condition is very good- has a slightly dingy collar with a few spec spots, may come out when dry cleaned. Some wrinkles in the collar and fabric rub in a small area of collar. I only see two sequins missing one on the back and one on the inside close to the button. See last photo for flaws.
