Vintage Midcentury Rattan Handle St Michael Parasol Umbrella

This British-made umbrella from St. Michael (a Marks and Spencer brand) has a bit of a Tiki/Mad Men vibe to it with its curved rattan handle and parasol shape. It is in excellent condition with some aging to the cover--but still totally usable in the rain. It comes from the estate of a distinguished professor of the humanities and I suspect it took many a turn around the idyllic University of Illinois campus on rainy days.
