Features Middle Eastern micro-mosaic geometric patterns and Moorish motifs, with mother-of-pearl diamond inlays accenting the chessboard border. Folds out from a rectangular box form, revealing the backgammon board inside and the chessboard on the exterior. Finished with an ornate brass latch. Included game pieces remain sealed in original packaging, along with two miniature dice. Exemplifies craftsmanship and artistry associated with traditional Damascus artisans.
