Vintage Mid Century Oil Painting Set Signed Sail Boats

12.25" x 15.25"x2.5" with frame 10.5" x 14" canvas I believe the name is Garret. These were sold in JC Penney years ago, probably the 60s and 70s. One still has the original tag. The frames are going to need to be repainted or touched up, they do have scratches and scuffs. The paintings themselves seem to be fine. Good used condition.
