Vintage Mid Century Modern Art Pottery Vase - Made in Japan - looks like Okinawan Pottery. A tall vase with a slim neck - shiny drip glaze - incised mod abstract design that includes birds and other figures in a Brutalist inspired motif. Neck has a ribbed texture. Stoneware base - cannot see a hallmark or signature but the original label indicates MOC Japan. This looks like a well-made art piece. In excellent vintage condition - minor shelf wear includes a shallow chip on the base (see pic) - no significant damage or flaws. Fantastic decorative piece for your mid century home.
