Vintage Mid 1980’s Velour “Baby Girl 72” Hoodie Jacket Womens L / XL

This vintage treasure is a super find and in amazing condition with just a couple notable mentions. I believe this is a mid 1980’s velour jacket that was inspired by the “space race” at the time but can’t actually find any of them to research so maybe it’s a rare gem. Size tag is missing so check measurements and feel free to ask anything that helps. My guess is either a Large or Extra Large. Mannequin is a rail thin but chesty size 4 Comes in white with powder or baby blue and navy blue trim, Baby Girl 72 on the front and larger 72 on the hoodie that zips in the middle just like the jacket does. Striped cuffs and waistline or hem giving it a sporty “letterman” twist. The front zipper pull is VERY short as it’s missing the larger plastic pull that would match the one on the hood. Personally, I would look into placing the hood pull to the front. The only other thing is a small area of “additional” stitching at the left cuff that can probably be cut off if it’s character bothers you. Both shown in photos (pics 3 & 4.
