Vintage Michigan Clock Hand-painted clock unique

Vintage, hand-painted clock! Rare find. The front has a little price sticker residue (bottom right). I’m sure it can be removed. I put in a double A battery and the hand started to move but I accidentally broke the skinny one off in the process. I think you could get a new clock part if you wanted it to be functional.
