Vintage 1990s, this sleek black and off-white floral short sleeve sheath dress is perfect for any party or cocktail event. In a pencil style cut, it features a Nehru collar, short sleeves, lightly padded shoulders, and three covered buttons with rouleau button loops from the neckline down. The front of the dress shows off a long slit, 17 inches from the bottom hem. The back zipper runs from the top of the collar down 23 inches. A size 8, it is in like new condition, having been worn only once. 100% Rayon, it is Dry Clean only.
