Vintage Mexico Sterling Red Agate Sunburst Pendant and Sterling Mexico Necklace

Vintage Mexico signed sterling silver ball chain (signed MD28V) with lobster claw clasp. The “V” indicates Vallarta which is not commonly associated with marked silver jewelry. Behind the makers mark is a symbol I can’t make out. Perhaps a bull? On the chain is a marked 925 sterling silver 925 red agate sunburst pendant with large bail. The back of the pendant is not marked, there is only a mark on the bail. The chain is dainty, but with the large bail a different chain could be used. The two photos of the signatures were taken via a microscope which shows light etching. Chain is 17.75” long, pendant hangs 2 1/8” , pendant is 1.575” across. The red agate cabochon is 0.47 inches across (doesn’t include silver halo-stone only). In great condition. Silver, Mexico, red agate, 925, sun, southwestern, vintage, estate, signed.
