Vintage Mexico* Silver Cuff Bracelet w red stone/ coral**

Vintage open cuff with center flower shape and in the middle a large red stone ; coral? Red jasper? None of the above??!! Small stamp inside bracelet looks to say Mexico ; no silver markings but appears to be Mexican silver. I’m not an expert by far these are semi educated guesses! Fits all sizes Questions?
