Vintage Mexican Momma and Baby Handemade Hand Sewn Rag Type Doll

This is adorable. She is all hand sewn with yarn braided hair and crocheted hat. She is very tightly stuffed and heavy. Her clothing is a Woven material. She has some tiny blemishes on her face and smells a bit old. I did not try to clean her.
