Vintage Mexican Embroidered Rooster Tunic Dress S/M

In LOVE with this vintage Mexican tunic dress! The embroidery depicts amazing roosters and intricate design around the neckline in all kinds of wonderful colors. There is also blue ribbon detail for added pizzazz. The dress is quite short, so I think it is better described as a tunic to be worn over pants. But I think you could absolutely wear this as a beach coverup as well. Measurements: (I think it's meant to have a loose fit - hence the S/M recommendation but I know you know your style best ;) Bust: up to 44" Waist: 44" Hips:42" Length: 32.5" Flaws: There are multiple light stains throughout the fabric (see photos) but they are light and not that noticeable. That said, I've reflected all flaws in the price. I think it's still wonderful :) * All vintage is sold as-is.
