Vintage Mercantile Scale Scoop Funnel Farm Feeder Hopper Country Store Metal 16". Not sure exactly the function, but these are the keywords to help narrow it down. I'm sure if you found this, you know what it is! Looks to be some kind of feeder/hopper, possibly from the farm or mercantile shop. Nice country find, 16" long by 4" tall to the open part of the scoop and 6" total height. Has a 3.75" diameter hole.
