Vintage Men’s Portage Comfo Tred Learher bf Goodrich shoes

This is a pair of pre owned Vintage men’s portage comfo tred bf Goodrich leather shoes, the inside reads 380. 760093 2 8/9 4036-9 and the heel says bf Goodrich. I know very little about these but what I read says maybe these are a size 8C. Please double check this size as I am not certain.
