This is a vintage set of Men's Cuff Links and a tie tack. These are made of a gold tone metal and the decorative green finish appears to be a flat designed cosmetic decorative stone. In my opinion, it does not appear to be a real gem stone. The green color has like a marbleized coloring to the green. This set was acquired at a local estate sale in Maryland and it had a little hang tag attached that read "Made in Western Germany". Since this was not my original personal property, I cannot be certain that this set of cosmetic cufflinks was actually made in Western Germany, but the hang tag was attached when I purchased this set. I do believe this is a cosmetic vintage set.
