Vintage Melted Plastic Popcorn Snowman Tabletop Decoration

Vintage melted plastic popcorn snowman tabletop decoration. This cute vintage snowman is made of melted plastic popcorn with black eyes and buttons and plastic orange carrot for a nose. He has a black felt top hat and red and green scarf. The fun snowman measures 8 inches tall x 4-1/2 inches widest point. Inside depth is 5-1/2 inches. I believe this is from Avon and had a bottom that lit up with a broom. But is no longer together. Nothing is broken and you can put lights inside to light up. See pictures 2 and 9.
