Vintage Maya Handpainted circle skirt sz 16

Vibrant colorful flowers adorn this beautiful skirt . 1950s. 100% cotton. Waistband closure is hook&eyes ,3different notches to adjust size. Belt ties in front.Please note this is a vintage item,has a slight pink dye transfer in a small area . But not noticeable. Also a rust stain on the inside of the belt which is covered up and not visible from the outside. Approximate waist measurements are 27 , 28 and 29 “. There is still wiggle room if the hook and eyes are moved.Overall length is 31 inches
