Vintage 1960s Mattel Skipper Barbie Cookie Time Dress ONLY #1912 Cute mod style 1965 Skipper Doll Dress from Cookie Time collection The dress for skipper is a one piece dress with white top with red faux buttons and blue skirt. A red belt sets it off giving that mod look from the 60s Snaps in the back, snap is intact. The red belt is fraying. There are fringes which I did not snip off. Slightly stained, I did not wash. Only lightly ironed.
