Vintage skirt and blazer by Jessica Howard. Dark maroon with four black and gold buttons. Collar is lined in black velour. Jacket has slits in the hem in front and back with shoulder pads. Pencil skirt has elastic at the waist and a hidden zipper. Skirt has a high slit in back and both are made if soft materials. Size 12.
