Vintage "Margi Mold" Margarine Cuber - New in Original Box (Monrovia, CA)
A fantastic piece of mid-century kitchen history! This "Margi Mold" was produced by the Margi-Mold Company in Monrovia, California, during the era when margarine had to be mixed with yellow dye at home. This device allowed home cooks to press their soft margarine back into perfect "cubes" for serving.
