Super cute vintage blouse by MJ Concepts in Sportswear. Size 5. Light greyish blue. Off white ruffled lace around the collar, cuffs and from shoulders down the chest. Buttons down the front. Overall in good condition but does have a few areas on the back where the fabric is pulled (see last 2 pics).
