Hummel Motif 1987 Porcelain Excellent condition This collector's plate is an original design by Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel, also known as M I Hummel (or incorrectly as M J Hummel) and is part of the Century Collection Plate Series. The name of the piece is Pleasant Journey. It is a mini plate, barely 4" across, and features two young girls and a boy in a wagon, out on a walk. Both girls are pulling the wagon, while the girl in the red bonnet carries a package and the girl in the blue dress uses a walking stick. The little boy watches in wonder. The plate is beige with a brown painted rim. No chips, cracks or crazing.
