Vintage made in USA M.C.S. ltd New York red dress with white polka dots. This dress has high ruffle collar that ties at front and creates eyelet opening. Front has accordion gathering. Elastic waist with matching tie belt. Sleeves have elastic hems and gentle puffiness at shoulder. Skirt is pleated. Vintage size 10.
