Vintage MCM Hand Carved Shore Bird - Artist Signed and Dated "CAT 76"

This carving is made of a lightweight wood and finished in a matte stain. It stands on a piece of rustic driftwood and would be right at home on a bookcase or mantle along with other coastal treasures or art. I believe the bird subject is that of a shorebird, either a Curlew or Dowitcher. Excellent vintage condition. Measures 7.5"H x 6.5” L x 3.5” W
