Vintage MCM Federal Iridescent Carnival Glass Starburst Scalloped Ribbed Plate Dish 9.5in Gorgeous glass plate. Background and lighting change the look of the plate as I have tried to show in the pictures. The center of the plate on top dips down a little like you could put a small bowl on it. The underside center is low pedestal that lifts the plate up a bit. Great condition with no chips or cracks. Ships from a non-smoking home.
