Vintage MCM Carved African Soapston Hippopotamus Trinket box

Beautifully carved, vintage mid-century modern African soapstone trinket box in the shape of a hippopotamus. Ideal for storing small items and adding a unique touch to any space. It measures 5" long and about 1.5" wide and 3" tall. There are a couple little tiny flea nicks on the inside edge of the box.
