Beautiful black pebbled leather shoulder bag/tote by Mark Cross NY. Vintage style (1980s, which is why the original price is so low by today's standards), but Mark Cross bags are so timeless that this one still looks contemporary. The most amazing thing about this bag is the condition after 40 years! The pebbled leather is still supple and in great condition. (Those Italian leathers really are the best!) There is slight wear inside the bag, but it's really minor. One inner zip pocket with MC logo fob. Comes with the original dust bag. Measurements are ... A little history of the brand, just because it's my favorite: Mark Cross was founded in 1845 by Henry Cross, a saddle maker from Ireland who had emigrated to Boston. The brand has maintained its dignified styles for over 100 years, more recently branching out into more contemporary versions of the classic silhouettes. The iconic Grace box and the Grace overnight case, however, remain the most familiar classic Mark Cross bags, and have never gone out of style.
